What should I do when the GP app says there is a firmware update available?

If your GraviProbe app is telling you that there is an update available of the GraviProbe API firmware (see screenshot below), you should contact the dotOcean support team via support@dotocean.eu. They will guide you through the process of updating the firmware of your GraviProbe 2.0.
